Products are exported to Australia, the United States, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, southeast Asia...... Strive to create B2B model ! Mainly engaged in vases, bottles, perfume bottles, cans, beverage bottles, cosmetics bottles, cups and deep processing business. Glass bottle material is divided into general white material, high white material, crystal white material, high borosilicate four materials, we will choose the most suitable material according to the needs of customers.

Technological Process
(1) raw material pre-processing.
Massive raw materials (quartz sand, soda, limestone, feldspar, etc.) crushing, dry wet raw materials, iron containing raw materials for iron treatment, to ensure the quality of glass .
(2) with material preparation.
(3) melting.
Glass matching material in the pool kiln or pool furnace for high temperature (1550~1600 degrees) heating, so that the formation of uniform, no bubble, and meet the molding requirements of liquid glass
(4) molding.
Put the liquid glass into the mold to make glass products of the required shape, such as flat plates, various utensils, etc.
(5) Heat treatment.
Through annealing, quenching and other processes, clean or produce glass internal stress, phase separation or crystallization, and change the structural state of the glass .
